The documents are built to follow CDM 2015 structure and reference HSE guidance (L153, INDG411). The AI generates site-specific content — not generic templates — covering the sections principal contractors normally expect. You can review and edit everything before downloading.

A COSHH (Control of Substances Hazardous to Health) assessment identifies hazardous substances on your project, evaluates the risks, and sets out control measures to protect workers. It's a legal requirement under COSHH Regulations 2002.

Based on your scope of works and trades involved, the AI identifies common hazardous substances — cement dust, solvent-based products, adhesives, paints, silica dust, etc. You can also add specific substances manually.
