Construction Compliance Software — Documents, Site Management, Worker Tracking. All in One.
Every CDM 2015 document you need — RAMS, Construction Phase Plans, COSHH assessments, site inductions — generated from a single project setup. Plus site diary, incident logging, permits to work, and worker cert tracking. One tool. One price.
Everything CDM 2015 demands — documents and site management
Seven tools that cover every compliance requirement, from risk assessments to incident logs.
RAMS Generator
Risk assessments and method statements generated from your project details. Job-specific hazards, real control measures, step-by-step method statements. Not generic template waffle.
Construction Phase Plans
Complete CPPs covering management structure, site rules, emergency procedures, and risk management. Everything CDM 2015 requires, tailored to your specific project.
COSHH Assessments
Hazardous substance assessments auto-identified from your scope of works. Proper control measures, exposure limits, and PPE requirements for every substance on site.
Site Diary
Daily records of weather, visitors, deliveries, progress, and problems. Takes two minutes at the end of the day. Worth its weight in gold if a dispute or insurance claim comes up.
Worker & Cert Tracking
Track CSCS cards, qualifications, and training expiry dates for every worker on site. Get alerts before anything expires. Know who is allowed on site at all times.
Site Inductions
Professional site induction documents with digital sign-off. Every worker inducted, every record stored. Share via link — workers sign from their phone.
Incidents, Permits & More
Incident logging with RIDDOR flagging, permits to work for hot works and confined spaces, subcontractor document tracking. Everything an inspector needs to see.

Common questions about construction compliance
What is CDM compliance?
CDM 2015 (Construction Design and Management Regulations) sets out the legal framework for managing health and safety on construction projects in the UK. Compliance means having the right documentation — risk assessments, method statements, Construction Phase Plans — and managing the site properly: tracking workers, logging incidents, issuing permits. The Site Book handles both sides.
Do I need construction compliance software?
If you are producing RAMS, CPPs, or COSHH assessments by hand or using Word templates, you are spending hours on paperwork that software can generate in minutes. If you are tracking worker certs in a spreadsheet or logging incidents on paper, you are one HSE visit away from a problem. Software does not replace your expertise — it removes the admin.
What documents do I need for CDM compliance?
At minimum: a risk assessment and method statement (RAMS) for every significant activity, a Construction Phase Plan if you are a principal contractor, COSHH assessments for hazardous substances, and site induction records. The Site Book generates all of these from a single project setup.
How much does construction compliance software cost?
Most compliance tools charge between 70 and 135 pounds per month for RAMS alone. The Site Book gives you every document type plus full site management — diary, workers, incidents, permits — for 39 pounds per month. Your first project is free, no card required.
