- What's the difference between Starter and Pro?

Pro unlocks unlimited projects plus COSHH assessments, worker cert tracking, branded PDFs, document quality checking, site diary, permits to work, incident log, and integrations with Google Drive, Xero and Zapier. Most builders upgrade after finishing their first project.
- What does the Business plan include?
- Business is for firms with multiple people who need shared logins. You get everything in Pro plus up to 5 user logins, priority support, custom multi-brand PDF templates, dedicated onboarding, and an annual compliance review. If this sounds like what you need, get in touch and we'll sort it.
- Can my principal contractor see my docs?
- Yes. You can share a read-only link to your full document pack with one click.
- Can I cancel anytime?
- Yes. No contract, no minimum term. Cancel from your settings page.
- Do I need one subscription per person?
- No. One subscription gives you unlimited projects and documents. Add as many workers as you need.
- What happens after my free project?
- Your first project and all its documents are yours to keep forever — even if you never upgrade. When you're ready for a second project, upgrading to Pro takes about 30 seconds. No data to re-enter, everything carries over.
