How it works
Mention Site Ready with the project name and the start date you care about.
The agent reads project readiness, documents, sign-offs, Site Access, credentials and share-link state.
Slack context is classified into findings with source links, without storing raw message bodies.
You get blockers, warnings, ready items and action buttons in the Slack thread.
01Readiness checks
The agent uses the same readiness logic as the app. Slack adds recent site context, but The Site Book remains the source of truth for documents, sign-offs and audit evidence.
Slack actions
Create or reuse sign-off links and send them back to the people who need to act.
Take the manager straight to the document that needs attention before work starts.
Generate a share link for the current evidence pack instead of searching through folders.
Re-run the check after documents, sign-offs or Slack context have changed.
Site Ready tells you what the records and Slack context show: green, amber or red; blockers and warnings; and the human review actions needed next. It does not certify that a site is legally safe.
Running live sites with subcontractors? Site Control is the per-site enterprise tier above Business — entrance QR sign-in, CSCS checks, induction gating, live attendance and audit-grade exports. From £675/site per month, plus £5,000 setup.
No. It reports readiness based on the available Site Book records and Slack context. Safety-critical changes, judgement calls and legal responsibility stay with the human manager.
No raw Slack message bodies are stored by the Site Book readiness flow. Slack context is sanitized before AI classification, and the output is stored as structured findings with source links where available.
The launch version focuses on public-channel context available to the approved Slack app. Private-channel and DM coverage can be added later if the workspace explicitly approves those scopes.
Slack Site Ready is available on Business and Site Control plans. Generic integrations such as Google Drive, Xero and Zapier stay on the normal Pro integrations gate.
