Business site attendance
The Site Book lets Business accounts check people in and out of each project/site, see a live H&S attendance view, export history and support emergency roll calls.

Create portal users for the people who need site access. Assign them to the right project/site.
People use the portal to check in and out. Admins can also manage live attendance from Site Access.
The H&S view shows current people on site, attendance history and emergency roll-call context.
Download attendance history as a site record when a client, principal contractor or auditor asks.
No. Site attendance in The Site Book is for H&S visibility, emergency roll call and audit evidence. It records who is checked in to a project/site and when they checked out. It is not built as payroll, working-time calculation or biometric timekeeping software.
Business accounts can add site portal users such as workers, subcontractors, visitors, delivery contacts, consultants, inspectors and other site participants. They are separate from internal team logins, so they can use the site portal without counting against the 5 internal Business seats.
Yes. The project Site Access area includes live attendance, recent attendance history and CSV export. The intent is to give the person responsible for H&S a quick view of people on site and a retained record when they need to evidence site attendance.
