We built The Site Book to take the pain out of construction compliance paperwork — RAMS, CPPs, COSHH assessments, site inductions, and more. But compliance documents don't live in isolation. They're shared with clients, stored alongside invoices, and tied to the day-to-day running of a construction business.
Today, we're launching three integrations that connect The Site Book to the tools UK builders already use every day.
📁 Google Drive
Export your RAMS, Construction Phase Plans, COSHH assessments, and site inductions directly to your Google Drive with one click. The Site Book automatically creates a "The Site Book / [Project Name]" folder and organises your documents inside it.
No more emailing PDFs to yourself. No more digging through Downloads to find the right version. Your compliance documents are in Drive, organised by project, always up to date.
Who it's for: Anyone who uses Google Drive to share documents with clients or principal contractors.
💼 Xero
When you create a new project in The Site Book, a matching project is automatically created in your Xero account — with the client details already filled in. When the job is done, a draft invoice is ready in Xero to send.
No more entering the same job twice. Your compliance and your invoicing are in sync.
Who it's for: Builders and contractors who use Xero to manage their invoicing and finances.
⚡ Zapier
Connect The Site Book to 5,000+ other tools using Zapier — no coding required. Set up automated workflows triggered by events in The Site Book:
- New project created → notify your team in Slack
- RAMS generated → add a row to your Google Sheets tracker
- New Typeform enquiry → automatically create a project in The Site Book
If you've got a workflow that involves construction paperwork, there's probably a Zap for it.

How to connect
All three integrations are available now from Settings → Integrations in your account. Click Connect on any integration and follow the on-screen steps. Each connection is specific to your account — your documents go to your Drive, your jobs sync to your Xero.
