Record subcontractor evidence reviews

On the project's Subcontractors tab, each firm's card carries a Business evidence review section — the answer to "did anyone actually check their paperwork?"

Record a review

  1. Pick the evidence type and give the record a title.

  2. Add the file link and expiry date if there is one, and note what you checked and the result.

  3. Click Add evidence record.

  4. Conclude it: Record approved or Record rejected — and Archive record when it's no longer current.

Frequently asked questions

Does this email the subcontractor or give them an upload portal?

No — it's deliberately your internal record of what you checked and what you concluded. It doesn't send evidence request emails or open a self-upload portal for the firm.

What evidence types can I record?

RAMS, insurance, liability, H&S policy, training, certificates, and other — each with an optional file link, expiry date and your review note.

Who can record and approve evidence?

Owners and admins, on Business and above.
