See who has signed off — and who hasn't
Available on all plans
Once your crew starts signing through the crew sign-off link, every signature lands on the document's Worker Sign-Off panel — who signed, exactly when, and who on the project roster is still pending.
Check sign-offs from the Documents tab
Open your project and click the Documents tab.
Look under the Site Induction card and each Toolbox Talk card.
The Worker Sign-Off panel sits right there — green rows for signed workers with the date and time, grey for pending, and "signed / pending" counts at the top.
Check RAMS and emergency plan sign-offs
From the Documents tab, open the document itself.
The same Worker Sign-Off panel appears on the document's page.
RAMS and emergency plans show their panel on the document page rather than inline on the Documents tab list.
Why sign-offs are version-aware
Each sign-off records the exact version of the document the worker read, how the read was proven, and when they signed. If you regenerate a document, previous signatures are preserved as evidence and every active worker gets a fresh pending sign-off for the new version — nobody carries a stale signature onto a document they haven't seen.
For a single exportable record of every sign-off across the project, use the Audit-Ready Pack.
Frequently asked questions
Why did everyone go back to pending after I regenerated a document?
That's deliberate. Sign-offs are tied to the exact document version a worker read. When you regenerate, the old signatures are kept as evidence of what each worker actually saw, and everyone gets a fresh pending sign-off for the new version — so your records always show who has signed the current document.
Why doesn't my CPP have a sign-off panel?
Construction Phase Plans don't collect worker sign-off — they're your plan of how the site is run, not a document workers attest to. Site inductions, toolbox talks and emergency plans always collect sign-off; RAMS sign-off can be required per project on Business and above (Access tab).
Do I need to refresh the page to see new signatures?
No — the panel updates itself every 30 seconds while the page is open, and there's a refresh icon on the panel if you want to check right now.
