Run toolbox talks and collect signatures

From your project's Documents tab, start a Toolbox Talk. Three steps: pick the topic, review the tailored content, record who's delivering.
Create the talk
Select Topic — search the library or write your own.
Around 90 topics grouped by category — working at height, manual handling, silica dust and the rest. Select several to batch-create.
Review Content — check the AI-tailored key safety points, do's, don'ts and comprehension questions.
Click Recreate for a fresh take, or act on "Make it more site-specific" suggestions.
Record Who's delivering this talk?, the delivery date and duration, then click Create Toolbox Talk.
Deliver and collect signatures
Run the briefing from the document.
Click Collect Signatures on the talk's page.
The deliverer signs first, then each attendee: name (with worker search), company, signature — Sign & Next for the next person, Finish when done.
Someone missing? Use Share link for remote attendees, or let them sign via the crew link.
Every generated talk also appears on each worker's portal with a required sign-off — the Worker Sign-Off panel shows who's still pending.
Frequently asked questions
How do attendees sign?
Two ways. In person: click Collect Signatures on the talk's document page — the deliverer signs first, then the phone is passed round and each attendee signs in turn. Remotely: workers sign through the crew link like any other sign-off document, or use the "Share link for remote attendees" after the deliverer has signed.
Can I create several talks at once?
Yes — select more than one topic in the wizard and it switches to batch mode, creating them all in one go (batch skips the per-talk AI review step).
