Add site photos and plans to a project
Available on all plans
Open your project and click the Photos tab. Everything visual about the job — site photos, plans, images pulled from an uploaded PDF — lives here.
Upload and organise
Click Add Image and pick one or more photos.
JPG, PNG, WebP or HEIC, up to 25MB each.
Give each image a title.
Untitled images default to "Untitled" — a real title reads much better in documents.
Tick Include in CPP on the ones that should appear in your Construction Phase Plan.
Images extracted from an uploaded PDF carry a "From PDF" badge so you can tell them apart.
Frequently asked questions
Which image types work?
JPG, PNG, WebP and HEIC (iPhone photos upload as-is and are converted automatically), up to 25MB each. You can select several at once.
How do photos get into my CPP?
Tick "Include in CPP" on each image you want — the CPP wizard's Site Photos step picks them up.
