Plot-by-plot handover sign-off
Site Control
Open your project's Plots tab (Site Control). The board shows every plot on the development with a progress ring — how many trades have signed off — and a Complete badge when a plot is fully handed over.
Set up the board
Use Add a plot for one, or Add a range for the lot.
Open a plot to see its Trade sign-off list — each trade shows Signed or Waiting.
Sign a trade off
Manual: click Mark signed on the trade row (undo with Unmark).
Signed document: click Set up sign-off, fill in the who/what/when/where, and click Create sign-off link.
Hand the link to the contractor's phone — they sign, the trade flips to "Signed off (document)", and a certified PDF with the note and timestamp is emailed to both of you.
Frequently asked questions
What counts as a plot signed off?
Every trade on the plot showing Signed. A trade signs off one of two ways, depending on your project's mode: you mark it signed manually, or the contractor signs a document via a sign-off link — which records it automatically and emails a certified PDF to you and the contractor.
Can I create fifty plots at once?
Yes — "Add a range" generates numbered plots in one go (Plot 1 … Plot N).
